On Wednesday, December 13th, we are hosting a Dessert Day for our staff in the lounge and a Snack Day on Tuesday, December 19th. If you would like to make a monetary donation, you can send it in an envelope to school with your student. Or you can make a donation online at herodpto.org and choose the “Shop Online” option. There you can click “Teacher Appreciation.”
If you prefer to bring an item for dessert day or snack day, you can bring it to the lounge on December 13th or December 19th. A signup genius has been set up for these two events:

Each Thursday morning at 9 am from now until December, Herod will be hosting prospective Vanguard magnet and dual language parents who are interested in learning more about our school and programs. Mr. Paulus could use a parent to help him each week to provide the parent perspective and answer questions. If you are able to help please sign up here. We have a fantastic school, help tell our story and why you love Herod.
Please have a look at the times where we need help and sign up for a shift – or more than one shift!
We are so excited to have all of our kids back home at Herod. The work of the teachers and administrators over the past week and a half have been tremendous. Unfortunately, the flooding in our first floor classrooms mean that a number of our teacher’s and kids’ supplies have been lost. If you are able, please help our teachers rebuild. They have prepared Amazon wishlists of items that they need.
