3rd Grade: Music Class Recorder

Please read through all instructions before proceeding!
All third grade students are required to purchase a recorder for Ms. Lytle's music class this year. The recorder will be the personal property of the student.
You may make your purchase by sending money with the order form to Ms. Lytle and pay by check or cash (exact change appreciated).
OR
You may place your order online and pay by Paypal, or with MasterCard or Visa.
IMPORTANT ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: Complete the online information form below. All fields are required. Once you have entered your information, click "Submit" to confirm entry.
STEP 2: Select the "Pay Now" button to proceed to the payment page. Read the instructions carefully!.
STEP 3: Click "Pay Now" to submit payment. You may use an active Paypal account if you have one, or if you don't you may pay by Master card or Visa credit or debit card. Just select the correct option after you enter the payment process.
STEP 4: Complete the payment information. A shipping address is not required, because the recorder will be delivered to your child when they attend music class. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! You MUST INCLUDE YOUR CHILD'S NAME AS PART OF THE ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS so we know who has made the purchase. Please see the graphic below.
STEP 5: Finish the remaining steps in Paypal to complete your purchase. Don't forget to confirm your transaction!
STEP 5: Congratulations! Your purchase is complete. Herod PTO will receive notice of your order and the recorders will be delivered to the student in music class.
