Hello! The Herod PTO Executive Board is proposing three modifications to the Bylaws of the Gary L. Herod Parent Teacher Organization:

1. Addition of a “Co-President” function.
2. Addition of a “Teacher Representative” on the Executive Leadership Board.
3. Designates scope of review for Executive Board

We will hold a meeting via ZOOM (click here for link) on Monday, May 23rd at 7pm. In that meeting we will go through all of the bylaws, the proposed additions, and vote on the proposed changes.

International Night was a GREAT SUCCESS!!
